FULFILLMENT

Most pieces are made to order and will ship in 2 to 3 weeks time. We strive to fulfill your order in the swiftest way possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. If you need your item by a specific date, please email us or indicate your request in the "Notes" section while checking out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

A flat fee of $50 is added to all international orders to account for shipping, handling and insurance. International orders will ship via UPS or Fedex with the customer responsible for incurring any customs/duties fees. This cost is determined by each country’s customs.

 

RETURNS

At this time, all sales on marthacristina.com are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at hello@marthacristina.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

 

CUSTOMIZATION

For all customized pieces that include any text, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the accurate name, spelling, or numbers when ordering. Maximum and minimum number of characters allowed for each piece will be indicated when ordering. MARTHA CRISTINA will not contact the customer to verify the provided text. Orders will be produced with the text and or numbering provided with the order. All orders are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

IMAGERY

Images displayed on the website for each piece and intended to provide the purchaser with as much detail and information possible regarding each piece. MARTHA CRISTINA is not responsible for any misinterpreted imagery or information, and will not issue a refund or exchange for any reason.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of New York. If you are located outside the state of New York you are not liable for sales tax.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual sizes, and are not shown to scale. The item descriptions indicate approximate dimensions. If you have any questions regarding the size, color or any other physical aspect of a particular item, please contact us at hello@marthacristina.com. Our items are handmade and hand-finished by skilled artisans. As with all handmade items, small irregularities can occur. 

 

RING SIZES

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your size, we highly suggest getting your finger sized by a jeweler in your city. If you require a half or quarter size or a size that is not listed, please indicate this in the "Notes" section at checkout and we will make sure to customize your ring to exact size.

 

MATERIALS

We care about our planet, and we are committed to reusing high quality silver and gold to reduce the effects of mining. All pieces are offered in silver and 14k gold.  All pieces are made using ethically sourced materials and upcycled chains, which have been previously loved, to reduce our manufacturing process and its impact to our planet. Please note that different materials can react differently depending on the individual wearer’s skin composition.

 

CHANGES TO SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
